Responsibilities
Develop interactive Power BI dashboards and reports for business stakeholders.
Design and implement scalable data models using Microsoft Fabric.
Build and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines using Azure Data Factory and Fabric Data Pipelines.
Integrate data from SQL Server, SharePoint, REST APIs, Excel, and Azure Data Lake.
Develop complex DAX measures, KPIs, and Power Query transformations.
Optimize report performance and ensure data accuracy.
Implement Row-Level Security (RLS) and workspace governance.




Collaborate with Business Analysts, Data Engineers, and Product Owners to understand reporting requirements.
Participate in requirement gathering, UAT support, and production deployments.
Follow DevOps best practices using Azure DevOps and Git.
Required Qualifications
4–6 years of experience in Power BI development.
Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric and Azure ecosystem.
Expertise in SQL, DAX, Power Query (M Language), and data modeling.
Experience working with Azure Data Factory, Synapse, and ADLS Gen2.
Knowledge of Power BI Service administration and deployment.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.
Positive to Have
Experience in Pharma, FMCG, or Sales & Distribution domain.
Knowledge of Master Data Management (MDM).
Microsoft Fabric or Power BI certifications.
