Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Marketing, or related field

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities in the construction and infrastructure sector.
- Develop and maintain relationships with builders, contractors, developers, architects, and consultants.
- Promote Aluminium Formwork and related construction solutions through client meetings, presentations, and site visits.
- Identify upcoming projects and convert leads into business opportunities.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales deals.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Coordinate with design, engineering, and execution teams for smooth project delivery.




- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and project tracking.
- Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and industry networking events.
- Maintain CRM records and submit regular sales reports.

Requirements:
- 2-6 years of experience in Construction Materials, Formwork, Scaffolding, Shuttering, Building Materials, or Infrastructure Sales.
- Robust network with builders, developers, contractors, and project consultants.
- Good understanding of Aluminium Formwork systems and construction processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to read basic drawings and understand project requirements.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel extensively.
