Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Finance & Value Reporting Lead to provide cross-portfolio financial leadership, value realization reporting, and executive-level insights for a strategic healthcare customer.
The role will be responsible for establishing and driving robust financial governance, portfolio-level financial reporting, value tracking, forecasting, and performance analytics across multiple programs and workstreams. The successful candidate will partner closely with delivery leadership, finance teams, account leadership, and customer stakeholders to provide a consolidated view of financial performance and ensure that committed business and financial value is effectively measured and communicated.
The ideal candidate will bring 12+ years of relevant experience,



robust financial and commercial acumen, proven experience working across complex portfolios, and mandatory healthcare industry experience.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Management & Reporting

Lead financial reporting and governance across multiple programs, projects, and workstreams within the customer portfolio.
Develop and maintain consolidated portfolio-level financial views covering revenue, cost, margin, profitability, budget, forecast, actuals, and financial variances.
Drive periodic financial reviews and provide clear insights into financial performance, trends, risks, and opportunities.
Own and coordinate annual budgeting, forecasting, and periodic reforecasting activities across the portfolio.
Perform variance analysis against budgets, forecasts, business cases, and contractual commitments.
Establish standardized financial reporting processes, controls, dashboards, and KPIs across the portfolio.
