Job Title: Social Media Optimization (SMO) Executive

Location: Ahmedabad (Work From Office Only)
Shift Timing: 10:00 AM - 7:30 PM
Experience: 3-6 Years
Salary: 30,000 - 40,000 per month

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across all major platforms.
- Create engaging social media posts, banners, reels, stories, and promotional creatives.
- Design high-quality graphics using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools.
- Plan and maintain a monthly social media content calendar.
- Write creative captions, hashtags, and engaging content.
- Manage Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, and other relevant social media platforms.
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid and organic social media campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare monthly analytics reports.
- Increase brand awareness, engagement, followers, and lead generation through social media activities.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and digital marketing practices.




- Coordinate with internal teams for marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities.

Required Skills:
- Strong experience in Social Media Optimization (SMO).
- Excellent graphic design skills.
- Hands-on experience with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar design tools.
- Experience in creating social media creatives, reels, short videos, and promotional content.
- Solid understanding of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and YouTube.
- Experience in running and optimizing social media campaigns.
- Good knowledge of content planning, branding, and audience engagement.
- Basic understanding of Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and creative writing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Graphic Design, Mass Communication, or a related field
