Job Description - Sr Full Stack Developer

Role Summary

This role contributes across the full technology stack—front end, backend services, integration, and data—delivering solutions that meet business requirements while aligning with long-term strategic architecture.





The Full Stack Developer works in a collaborative Agile environment alongside Architects, UX/UI designers, Quality Assurance, Business Systems Analysts, and Product / Project Managers. They are expected to contribute to development standards, reusable components, and best practices across the organization's digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Application Development- Build modern user interfaces using JavaScript frameworks and component-based architectures.
- Develop backend services using Java and Spring Boot to support Single Page Applications and external integrations.- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and service interfaces.

Technical Standards & Quality
- Write well-structured, testable, and productive code following agreed coding standards and best practices.
- Participate in code reviews, PR reviews, and continuous improvement of code quality.
