Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed quantity takeoffs and cost estimates for Flooring and Painting scopes
- Review and analyze architectural drawings and project specifications
- Calculate material, labor, and overall project costs
- Prepare BOQs and estimates in MS Excel
- Update estimates based on revisions, RFIs, and client feedback
- Coordinate with project managers and internal teams

Required Skills & Knowledge
- Strong knowledge of Flooring and Painting estimation
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
- High accuracy in quantity takeoffs
- Good time management and attention to detail




- Strong communication and coordination skills

Software Skills
- Bluebeam Revu
- Plan Swift / On-Screen Takeoff (any one preferred)
- MS Excel (BOQ preparation, formulas)
- AutoCAD (basic knowledge preferred)

Educational Qualification

Civil Engineering / Construction-related background preferred
- 1-3 years of experience in Flooring and Painting estimation
- Experience with US construction projects is a plus
- Immediate joiner preferred
