About Gehna
Gehna is a premium fine jewellery brand based in Chennai with over 20 years of experience in creating handcrafted gold, diamond, and natural gemstone jewellery. We specialise in custom-made jewellery, unique gemstone designs, and everyday fine jewellery.

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Jewellery CAD Designer to join our design and production team.

Key responsibilities include:
- Create detailed 3D CAD models for rings, earrings, pendants, bracelets, necklaces, and other jewellery pieces
- Convert design concepts, sketches, reference images, and customer requirements into accurate CAD models
- Ensure CAD designs are practical and ready for jewellery manufacturing
- Ensure CAD designs are documented and stored internal database.
- Prepare STL files, renders, and required design views for production approval
- Coordinate with designers, production team, and craftsmen to ensure smooth manufacturing
- Make corrections and modifications based on production feedback.
- Understand gemstone layouts, diamond settings,



and different jewellery construction techniques.

Skills Required:
- Robust knowledge of Rhino / Matrix CAD software
- Understanding of jewellery manufacturing processes
- Knowledge of gold, diamond, and gemstone jewellery construction
- Ability to create production-friendly CAD files
- Attention to detail in measurements, symmetry, and finishing
- Ability to work on both traditional and modern jewellery designs
- Minimum 3 years jewellery CAD experience
- Experience working with fine jewellery brands/manufacturers
- Good understanding of custom jewellery designing
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and willing to learn

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Chennai, Tamil Nadu (Chennai, Chennai District): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:
- CAD Jewellery : 3 years (required)
