- What You Will Do:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable UI automation frameworks using Selenium (Java) — this is your primary focus.
- Own end-to-end testing activities across features and releases — without waiting to be told what to do.
- Actively participate in and drive bug triages — advocate for quality, prioritize defects with business context, and push for timely resolution.
- Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines.
- Contribute to and eventually drive QA initiatives — not just execute them.
- Leverage and explore AI-powered tools (Claude, GitHub Copilot, self-healing frameworks) to improve testing efficiency and coverage.
