About the Role

As a Manager (Supply Chain) at Open Secret, you will be at the heart of our logistics and

distribution strategy. We currently fulfil all orders from our Mumbai warehouse, and this role

will own two critical mandates: (1) build and scale a multi-city warehouse and last mile





network across India, and (2) improve the current supply chain performance. You will be the

link between demand signals, inventory planning, and on-ground logistics execution.

You will report to the Head of Operations and also work closely with founder and senior

leadership from day one, owning metrics that directly drive revenue on India’s top

e-commerce and quick-commerce platforms—Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, FK, Amazon, etc.

real operational challenges—this will be fun.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Own end-to-end PO lifecycle: Supply planning, PO creation, GRN tracking, and

fill-rate analysis across channels.

2. Drive warehouse network expansion: Analyse city-level sales and inventory data to

identify and stand up current fulfilment nodes beyond Mumbai.

3. Build and manage a last-mile vendor ecosystem: Onboard
