Job Description
This role leads regional performance management and supply chain excellence initiatives, leveraging analytics, governance, and cross-functional collaboration to improve operational and business outcomes across APAC.
Key Responsibilities
Manage Integrated Performance Management in partnership with the Global IPM team and regional cross functional team to drive the improvement across all
Operational Metrics Lead OTIF-D PA performance management through end-to-end analytics, including loss tree diagnostics and root-cause assessment to identify key drivers of performance gaps.
Develop and align action plans with regional cross-functional teams to address identified gaps, strengthen accountability, and support sustained operational improvement.
Build forward-looking projections and performance insights to proactively flag risks, anticipate poten
