KBR is seeking an IT System Administrator with Automic expertise to join our IT team. This person will play a critical role in enabling KBR’s enterprise-wide automation strategy, supporting business-critical integrations and digital delivery across global operations. This role combines deep technical expertise with solid business partnership and innovation capabilities to drive reliable, scalable automation solutions.




Key Focus Areas:
Business Partnership
Partner with business stakeholders, IT teams, and application owners to understand automation requirements and translate them into scalable solutions
Support SAP R/3 4.7 job schedules (SM36 & SM37), Informatica (OS command lines), and enterprise application teams by enabling reliable scheduling and integration services
Collaborate across global teams to ensure continuity and alignment between STS and MTS environments
Innovation
Drive continuous improvement of automation processes and workflows
Explore modern authentication (SSO), security, and integration enhancements
Identify opportunities to optimize job scheduling, reduce manual effort, and enhance platform efficiency
Digital Delivery
Deliver and maintain enterprise scheduling and automation capabilities using Automic (UC4)
Support end-to-end automation including SAP jobs, Informatica workflows, and file-
