What you will accomplish:
Be responsible for the creation and optimization of innovative Conversational IVRs and BOTs, improving user experience and elevating customer interactions.
Integrate Agentic AI capabilities into existing IVR self-service journeys, using LLM-based intent disambiguation to reduce agent transfer rates
Drive cross-functional collaboration, working closely with Product Management, User Experience, and Engineering teams to deliver high-impact solutions that align with eBay's strategic goals.
Work with NLU trainers to tune NLU/ASR modules
