Job Description Summary: The Associate Consultant in the Total Portfolio Solutions team ensures timely and accurate client reporting, manages tasks, volumes, focuses on resolution of complex transactions, client queries, where expertise is required to interpret policies, guidelines and/or processes.



The role involves close coordination with Relationship Managers, Client Service Delivery Managers, and stakeholders to maintain smooth operations and effective communication. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator, skilled in handling senior stakeholders and mentoring junior team members.
Major Duties:
Should possess problem solving ability relying on existing client procedures, capable of analyzing impending problems and formulate solutions.
In-depth understanding of process and should abide to achieving agreed Key Performance Indicators or Service level agreements and objectives.
Collaborate with various upstream par es, generate ideas to quickly turnaround query resolution and thereby strengthen stakeholder relationship.
Own client relationship and be capable of independently evaluating and resolving client queries, produce client reports and support clients understand the impact of their investment decisions.
