SUMMARY: Manages ideas submitted through the portfolio intake process.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Tasks may include, but are not limited to:
Manage the review and prioritization process for ideas submitted by Worldwide teams through the portfolio management system.
Responsible for ensuring that all ideas are reviewed and triaged.
Work with idea submitters to gather necessary data to allow review committee to properly assess all ideas.
Organizes ideas and leads meetings with the business partners to prioritize ideas and then informs delivery partners (internal or external) of prioritization.
Maintain a working understanding of customer needs, behaviors, and pain points to inform product decisions and enhancements.
