About the Role
As a Project Engineer - VRF Systems, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of HVAC projects from installation through commissioning and handover.



You will be responsible for coordinating with customers, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders to deliver projects on time, within quality standards, and in compliance with Carrier and industry requirements. Your expertise in VRF systems, troubleshooting, and customer engagement will help create seamless project experiences and high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
As a Project Engineer - VRF Systems, you'll be responsible for:
Managing installation, testing, commissioning, and handover activities for VRF systems.
Coordinating with customers, consultants, contractors, channel partners, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Supervising site execution, subcontractor performance, and material management activities.
Ensuring compliance with approved drawings, technical specifications, OEM guidelines, and safety requirements.
Monitoring project progress, quality, documentation, and reporting project status
