Job Description:
Manager, Global Platform Technology - ITAD
As Manager, Global Platform Technology, you will lead distributed engineering teams to deliver high-quality technology solutions aligned with business priorities across the IT Asset Disposition (ITAD) and reverse logistics business. You will be a solid partner to Business and Product leaders, driving execution, collaboration, operational excellence, and engineering performance in a fast-paced environment.
Your Role
Lead, mentor, and develop distributed engineering teams with direct reports, fostering ownership, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Partner closely with Business, Product, and Technology leaders to translate business priorities into clear engineering objectives and successful outcomes.
Drive end-to-end delivery, managing priorities, dependencies, risks, and commitments with strong ownership and accountability.
Establish effective onshore/offshore communication and collaboration, ensuring transparency,



alignment, and seamless execution across locations.
Leverage Jira and Confluence for delivery planning, backlog management, documentation, reporting, and team collaboration.
Own and continuously improve incident management and production support processes, ensuring timely resolution, effective escalation, root-cause analysis, and prevention of recurring issues.
Partner with Engineering, Infrastructure, and Support teams to improve production stability, system reliability, and operational efficiency.
Lead teams delivering high-volume, user-facing web applications that are scalable, reliable, secure, and performant.
Communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders, including senior leadership, clearly articulating status, risks, issues, and business impact.
Lead by example with a can-do attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to take ownership of challenging situations.
