What's the role?
The UI/UX Engineer is responsible for designing intuitive, user-centric interfaces that improve usability, simplify complex workflows, and deliver a consistent digital experience. The role works closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable, accessible, and visually appealing product designs while ensuring seamless implementation and continuous user experience improvements.
Key Responsibilities
Design intuitive, user-centric, and visually appealing interfaces for enterprise web applications, ensuring a consistent and seamless user experience.
Translate business requirements into user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes
Collaborate with Product Owners, Engineering, QA, and business stakeholders to design user-centered solutions that align with business goals.
Develop and maintain scalable design systems, reusable UI components, and design standards to ensure consistency across products.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and design reviews,



incorporating user feedback and analytics into continuous product improvements.
Design responsive and accessible interfaces following modern UI/UX principles and WCAG accessibility guidelines.
Create detailed design specifications and work closely with frontend developers to ensure accurate and high-quality implementation.
Utilize modern design tools and AI-assisted design technologies to improve design efficiency, innovation, and productivity.
Document design requirements in JIRA and actively participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and design discussions.
Stay current with emerging UI/UX trends, design methodologies, and best practices to continuously enhance the user experience.
Who are you?
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or UI/UX, with 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design.
Experience working in Agile development environments.
