Job Description
Be responsible for the day-to-day activities related to different AP TEV areas,



such as the processing of non-PO/purchase order backed invoices and expense reports, as per the Process Desk Instructions. Create and approve new vendor/modification requests, as per the Process desk instructions. Receive and resolve inbound calls/emails.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable operations, including processing Non-PO invoices, PO-backed invoices, and rush payment requests received from business stakeholders and external business partners. Utilize AI-driven tools, Ariba, and Workday to ensure accurate and timely invoice processing.
Ensure 100% compliance with internal controls, company policies, and process guidelines by adhering to Desk Instructions and established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Deliver high-quality support to business stakeholders and vendors by efficiently handling calls and email inquiries related to invoice processing, payment status updates, and
