Role summary: The Front Office Executive (Reception) is responsible for delivering a professional, welcoming front-desk experience for visitors and employees. This role manages reception operations, handles calls and correspondence, supports meeting/visitor logistics, maintains front-office records, and coordinates with workplace/facilities teams to ensure smooth day-to-day office service delivery.

Key responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors; manage visitor registration, badges, and meeting coordination
Handle incoming calls,



emails, and general front-office enquiries; route requests to the right teams
Maintain reception area standards (cleanliness, signage, ambience) and ensure a professional workplace experience
Manage meeting room support (bookings support, coordination, basic setup coordination where applicable)
Coordinate deliveries/couriers; maintain logs for inbound/outbound mail and packages
Support basic administrative tasks (documents, data entry, reports, invoices tracking if applicable)
Liaise with security, housekeeping, IT, and facilities for day-to-day workplace issues and service requests
Maintain front office records, checklists, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Follow safety, security, and customer service protocols; escalate incidents as required
