Site Manager Position Summary
This position is responsible for program governance, planning, monitoring, cost control, and execution of EHV/HV transmission EPC projects (UG Cables & Substations). The role ensures timely, cost-effective, and compliant project delivery while coordinating cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Finance, Contracts, and key stakeholders. Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities

Lead execution of EHV substation and underground cable projects.
Develop project schedules using tools like Primavera / MS Project.
Monitor progress and ensure milestone achievement.
Ensure compliance with project specifications and contracts.

Monitor critical path and implement corrective actions to avoid delays
Standardize planning templates across projects
