The chance
A Manager will lead teams of Analysts and Seniors and be responsible for client service delivery for a particular geography, area or specialization. The primary responsibility includes but not limited to engagement management, developing and owning client relationship, assist in managing the team by developing and coaching team members as well as ensuring that resources are deployed effectively.

Your key responsibilities

Demonstrate a very high level of proficiency in tax technical knowledge relevant to U.S. individual tax returns. A moderate understanding of trust and partnership returns and demonstrates an understanding of more complex technical issues.




Able to sign Individual tax returns with different levels of complexities.
Drive the tax return production process, review complex tax returns and other tax deliverables efficiently.
Manage turnaround time of deliverables as per service level agreement.
Establish and maintain long-term relationships with the clients and internal colleagues
Explore opportunities to bring more work to the GDS and to EY by consistently providing high quality work
Supervise day to day operations and engagement milestones.
Perform and manage ad-hoc project requests.
Demonstrate leadership skills in developing the highest performing teams
Develop engagement and financial management skills by managing own and/or other’s impact on project economics, including controlling costs, monitoring budget to actual differences.
Contribute process improvement ideas leading to higher quality service delivery to the client or greater efficiency in the compliance proc
