Overview
The Data Commercialization Platform (DCP) team is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Technical Program Manager to drive the execution of Mastercard's enterprise Data & AI platform strategy. DCP is Mastercard’s strategic data platform that enables governed, scalable, cloud-native, and AI-ready data capabilities across the organization.
This role is responsible for leading large-scale, cross-functional technical initiatives spanning data platforms, cloud infrastructure, AI/ML enablement, governance, FinOps, security,



and platform engineering. The ideal candidate combines strong technical acumen with exceptional program leadership skills and has a proven track record of delivering complex enterprise-scale programs.
The successful candidate will work closely with Product, Engineering, Architecture, Security, Compliance, Operations, and Business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of platform capabilities and strategic outcomes.
