Role Summary
Join Vanguard's VISCO team and help build next-generation workflow and case management solutions on the Appian platform. As an Application Engineer II, you will design, develop, and support scalable business process automation solutions while partnering with business and technology teams to deliver impactful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and support Appian applications,



including process models, interfaces, records, reports, and integrations.
Translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable technical solutions using Appian best practices.
Build and maintain integrations with enterprise applications, APIs, databases, and cloud platforms.
Participate in Agile ceremonies, solution design, code reviews, testing, and production support.
Contribute to automated testing, CI/CD, performance optimization, and operational excellence initiatives.
Ensure adherence to Vanguard's architecture, security, risk, and development standards.
Collaborate with stakeholders across business and technology to deliver high-quality solutions.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
3+ years of hands-on Appian development.
Experience building Appian workflows, records, interfaces, integrations
