An India-based US GTM sales role focuses on driving the pipeline, researching markets, and supporting US sales leadership to execute go-to-market strategies, with clear sales targets and customer engagement responsibilities.
Core Responsibilities:
Pipeline Generation & Research Support: Act as the India-based engine for market research, lead generation, prospecting, and qualifying opportunities for the US market, aligning closely with the US GTM leadership.

Customer Advocacy: Be the voice of US customers internally by feeding back market insights to shape product priorities, localization decisions, and overall GTM strategy.
Account Management Post-Sale: Support early-stage US accounts by ensuring successful deployment and adoption, enabling satisfied customers to become references or advocates.
Collaboration With US GTM Leads: Work directly with US-based founders or GTM leads to develop positioning, identify ideal customer profiles (ICP), set pricing strategies, and execute sales motions.
Sales Target Achievement: Meet defined metrics such as pipelines generated, meetings booked,



and early recurring revenue contributions rather than purely activity-based outputs.
Consultative Selling and Advisory: Provide insights and guidance that may involve supporting regional sales teams, becoming a trusted advisor for product positioning and customer solutions.

Requirements
Key Skills and Qualifications
Experience in B2B Sales: Typically, 8–10 years in sales, business development, or GTM roles targeting international markets, preferably the US.
Market Understanding: Familiarity with US business culture, sales cycles, and customer expectations. Ability to adapt messaging and solutions accordingly.
Analytical and Research Skills: Ability to identify leads, conduct competitive and market research, and prioritize high-value prospects.
