Key Responsibilities
Provide hands-on support for backend and data applications deployed on Unix-like operating systems.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime and impact on business operations.
Develop and maintain scripts to automate routine tasks, enhance system monitoring, and facilitate efficient incident resolution.
Perform deep-dive analysis of application logs and system metrics to identify root causes of problems.
Execute and interpret complex database queries to assist in troubleshooting, data analysis, and reporting.
Collaborate with development teams to implement fixes, enhancements, and operational best practices.
Participate in on-call rotation and incident management processes as required.
