We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist
In this role, you will:

Lead HR technology delivery as a Consultant Specialist, focusing on SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management and Reward, and connected HR modules.
Translate business needs into system requirements, epics, and user stories to support elaboration, definition, and delivery.
Partner with BAs/SAs, HR Global Service Owners,



and global teams to define, prioritise, and deliver enhancements.
Act as SME for Performance & Reward, driving innovation, assessing change impacts, and shaping a backlog aligned to employee experience and priorities.
Produce and govern solution artefacts across the full SDLC, ensuring quality, controls, and adherence to IT policies/procedures and compliance standards.
Guide testing streams, functional scenarios, and QA tollgates to ensure robust, controlled releases.
Own technical oversight for the platform (architecture, risks, vendors, performance, support, upgrades, and maintenance).
Deliver half-yearly upgrades, annual maintenance and Reward cycles (planning, launch, reporting, reconciliation, payroll transmission), and support incident/problem/current demand.
