About you and this role
As a Information Technology Analyst within DOW, you are expected to be a professional expertise is Industrial Labels, Prints, Auto-ID, and Digital Print technologies and be able to identify systems used in industrial and commercial applications to help in the successful delivery of implementation or to support Dow’s projects.
As part of these high-performing projects, you will be challenged with designing,



developing, and supporting digital solutions to achieve customer satisfaction at the speed of business. You will work to apply your knowledge to assist senior team members on a diverse range of creative, high-value projects with the opportunity to grow your career.

Responsibilities
Execute the technical deliverables (e.g., logical system design, detailed security design) on industrial labeling and Auto-ID solutions for the projects installing or upgrading applications.
Work with Senior Solution Manager and Solution Manager and cross functional teams in the project planning process.
Provide guidance and coaching for junior members on the team.
Provide expert level support to the teams that provide run-the-business support for Integrated Supply Chain team.
Participate in timely implementations of strategic solutions.
Drive skill and knowledge transfer within the team.
