Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Analytics: Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of service delivery and identify improvement opportunities.
Revenue Forecasting:



Support accurate revenue recognition and forecasting models in collaboration with Finance and Delivery teams.
Resource Management: Monitor and optimize resource allocation, utilization rates, and project staffing.
Process Optimization: Identify gaps in current workflows and recommend scalable process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Reporting & Dashboards: Create and maintain detailed operational reports, dashboards, and executive summaries to support business reviews and strategic planning.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Finance, Sales, HR, and Delivery teams to align operational activities with organizational goals.
Project Support: Assist in the execution and monitoring of key initiatives and programs within the Skilled Services organization.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, Operations, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
