About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Product Manager – Futures & Options (F&O;) / Derivatives to join the Paytm Money Product team. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of India's listed derivatives market, trader workflows, risk management, exchange regulations, and digital trading platforms.



This is an Individual Contributor (IC) role with end-to-end ownership of F&O; products—from strategy and discovery to execution and continuous optimization.

Key Responsibilities
• Own end-to-end product lifecycle for F&O; products including Index & Stock Futures, Equity & Index Options, Option Chain, Strategy Builder, Basket Orders, Multi-leg Orders, GTT Orders, Margin Calculator, Position Management, and P&L; Analytics
• Define product vision, roadmap, and strategy aligned with customer needs, business goals, and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with engineering, design, risk, compliance, operations, brokerage, marketing, and business teams to build and launch trading features
• Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, customer interviews, and trading behavior analysis to identify opportunities
• Translate requirements into PRDs, wireframes, user journeys, APIs, and acceptance criteria
