Job Description:
The Technology Enablement Associate is a hands-on delivery role responsible for creating and maintaining the materials, learning experiences, and operational support that help Crowe employees adopt technology effectively. Working with the Technology Enablement Leader and cross-functional partners,



the Associate turns enablement plans into polished, practical deliverables for enterprise platforms and emerging technologies, including AI, automation, analytics, and collaboration tools.
This role is expected to own assigned deliverables from initial draft through final completion. The Associate will create content, prepare and support workshops, maintain knowledge resources, coordinate launch activities, test tools, gather feedback, and track adoption results. Work will be guided by the Technology Enablement Leader, but the Associate should be able to manage defined assignments independently, identify issues early, and recommend improvements rather than waiting for detailed direction.
