We are looking for a highly analytical and execution-focused Data & Systems Program Manager to take ownership of our internal data health, core metrics, and operational infrastructure. In this tactical role within Product Research,



you will act as the ultimate steward of the Research Participant Database in terms of data systems, ensuring that our data is clean, our metrics are deeply actionable, and our technical systems seamlessly capture and distribute customer knowledge across the organization.

Core Responsibilities
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Database Administration & Maintenance: Lead proactive database cleaning, de-duplication efforts, fraud flagging, and ongoing data quality maintenance to ensure a pristine data ecosystem.
Metrics & Data Health Reporting: Design, develop, and monitor meaningful engagement metrics. You will move beyond vanity metrics—such as raw database size—to identify and prioritize actionable insights that drive business strategy.
