Position - Counter Sales
Job Summary:
We are seeking a customer-focused and energetic Counter Sales Executive to handle walk-in customers, assist with product selection, and manage billing operations at the sales counter.
The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, product knowledge, and the ability to achieve sales targets while providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist walk-in customers professionally
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
Handle billing and payments using POS/billing software
Maintain accurate sales records and daily reports
Manage product display and ensure the counter area is organized
Support stock checking and inventory management
Address customer queries and resolve complaints promptly
Coordinate with store/warehouse team for product availability
