Job Description:
Manager – Corporate Accounting role that combines team leadership, technical accounting expertise, financial close ownership, compliance, and process improvement experience. The position is responsible for overseeing and developing a team of accountants, ensuring accurate and timely period close activities, reviewing reconciliations and journal entries, supporting audit queries, and maintaining compliance with internal controls, SOX, and regulatory requirements.
The role also requires strong understanding of end-to-end accounting processes,



including how different transactions impact one another, with specific knowledge of intercompany transactions, warranty provisions, lease accounting, US GAAP, and ASC 606. In addition to managing day-to-day accounting deliverables, the position is expected to support transformation initiatives and continuous improvement projects aimed at improving accounting processes, systems, efficiency, and controls. Experience or knowledge of applying AI in Finance is considered an added advantage.
