We are looking for a talented Firmware Design Engineer to join our engineering team and contribute to the design,
development, bring-up, testing, and validation of firmware solutions for next-generation server and switch platforms. This role offers an exciting chance to work on cutting-edge embedded systems, collaborating closely with hardware and software teams to deliver high-quality firmware solutions.
Main Responsibilities
Board, BIOS, and BSP bring-up activities for server and switch platforms.
Design, develop, customize, and maintain firmware for the BMC (Baseboard Management Controller) on Intel processor-based servers.
Develop Linux device drivers for communication with peripherals over I2C, SPI, and SMBus interfaces.
Prepare detailed design and technical documentation.
Develop new features, perform unit testing, and resolve software defects.
Conduct code reviews and design reviews to ensure quality and compliance with engineering standards.
Debug and validate firmware on target hardware platforms.
