What we are looking for
Are you passionate about uncovering insights from patient-level data to shape
better outcomes in life sciences? At ProcDNA, we’re growing our Patient
Analytics Team and are looking for a Senior Engagement Lead with 8 - 10 years of
hands-on experience in patient journey analytics within the pharma space.

What you’ll do
* Lead client discussions and deliver custom analytics solutions around patient
journey mapping, treatment progression, and behavior segmentation.




* Develop and validate patient-level datasets by integrating claims, EMR, and
specialty pharmacy data
* Translate complex data into actionable insights to support brand, access, and
medical strategies
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including commercial, market access,
and field operations
* Contribute to building internal accelerators for cohort identification,
line-of-therapy analytics, and patient journey visualization

Must have
* 8 - 10 years of experience in patient-level analytics across indications,
brands, or life cycle stages
* Solid analytical and SQL skills; experience with Python is a plus.
* Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint with a strong ability to create and
present clear, data- driven narratives
* Experience working with longitudinal data sources (e.g., claims, EMR, SP Hub)
* Strong communication skills with the ability to distill complex data into
strategic insights
