Where You'll Make a Difference
As a Procurement Operations Specialist, you will be part of the Global Procurement Service Center, supporting end-to-end transactional procurement activities across international operations. In this individual contributor role, you will ensure efficient execution of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, maintain purchasing data integrity, and provide operational support to buyers, suppliers,
and site teams. Your contribution will help drive compliance, operational excellence, and seamless procurement operations across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Execute procurement transactional activities in SAP and other procurement systems.
Manage Purchase Requisition (PR) to Purchase Order (PO) conversion processes.
Create, amend, and maintain purchasing documents and records.
Monitor transactions to ensure compliance with company policies, controls, and procurement procedures.
Generate reports and maintain procurement-related documentation.
Core Operational Activities
Purchase Order creation and amendments.
Order confirmation management.
White Paper Agreement updates, amendments, and notifications.
Manage web cycles and workflow processes while coordinating with relevant stakeholders.
Create and maintain source lists and vendor information records.
