Job Summary:

As a Relationship Manager based in Mahbubnagar, you will be responsible for building and nurturing strong, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs, and offering tailored solutions to help them achieve their goals. You will be a key point of contact, ensuring customer satisfaction and contributing to business growth.

Job Responsibilities:

* Proactively identify and acquire current clients within the Mahbubnagar region, expanding the company's customer base.
* Manage and grow an existing portfolio of clients, fostering deep relationships through regular communication and personalized service.
* Conduct thorough financial needs analysis for clients, identifying opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling products and services.
* Provide expert advice on a range of financial products, including investments, loans, insurance, and other relevant services offered by the company.
* Act as the primary point of contact for client queries, concerns, and requests, ensuring timely and effective resolution.




* Prepare and present financial proposals and solutions to clients in a clear and compelling manner.
* Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
* Collaborate with internal teams, such as product development and operations, to enhance client experience and service delivery.
* Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) set for client acquisition and relationship management.

Job Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
* Proven experience (3+ years) in relationship management, sales, or client-facing roles, preferably within the financial services industry.
