What Makes You a Excellent Fit
We are looking for an Expense Specialist Contractor to join our Global Expense team for a 6-month contract. This is a tactical, execution-focused position responsible for managing high-volume expense auditing, processing, and data entry across 30+ countries.



You will ensure employee expense reports comply with global policies and applicable local tax requirements, including VAT/GST. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to work independently while managing high-volume workloads. The ideal candidate is comfortable working across multiple currencies and international expense processes and can provide clear, professional guidance to employees when corrections are needed.
How You’ll Make an Impact:
Perform end-to-end audits of employee expense reports across 30+ countries, ensuring compliance with global expense policies and local tax requirements, including VAT/GST.
Accurately process, approve, or reject expense claims within Expensify.
Provide transparent and professional guidance to employees when expense corrections or additional information are required.
Ensure expenses are accurately coded to the General Ledg
