Coordination with Network ( External) and Internal stackholders ,Building Material
Handling of Customer quarries and complaints in real-time basis and recording the same.
Manage commercial activities for Buiding Material business - Purchase coordination, Vendor communication, quotations, documentation, and order processing.
Building Material stock managments, Order loading and distribution planning
Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and supply providers.
Coordinate with customers regarding order status, delivery schedules, queries, and service requirements.
Prepare and maintain operational reports, MIS reports, and data analysis for decision-making.
Manage documentation related to purchase orders, invoices, delivery challans, inventory records, and logistics activities.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of data across internal systems and records.
Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce operational delays.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience in Network managments / Customer Handling , Data and report managments, Vendor coordination.
Good understanding of vendor management and inventory management processes.
Strong coordination and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Excel, data handling, and reporting tools.
Positive analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
Preferred Experience
Experience in handling Customers and vendors,Reports, and Process
Knowledge of ERP/software systems for inventory and commercial operations will be an advantage.
