Responsibilities
- Support clients in transforming how capital projects are governed, monitored, and delivered by improving:
- PMO and governance structures
- reporting and decision-making
- schedule and performance visibility
- Digital stack including digital workflows, dashboards, and data models
- implementation of digital assets and analytics tools
Sector Exposure
Experience in one or more of the following is relevant:
- Roads and highways
- Energy and utilities
- Industrial infrastructure (Plants, facilities, SEZs and Real Estate)
- Semiconductors
- Manufacturing / industrial capex
- Large capital projects and transformation programs
Core Responsibilities Governance and PMO
- Design, support, or run governance structures and PMO processes for capital projects and transformation programs
Qualifications
- 2 to 10 years of experience who understand both capital project delivery and digital implementation
