Role & responsibilities

This role is for a Finance Manager who acts as a business partner, not just an accountant.

The company needs a CA (first attempt) with 714 years of experience who can:

Understand business performance and profitability

Prepare and explain MIS reports to management

Handle budgeting and forecasting

Analyze why actual results differ from plans (variance analysis)

Work closely with business teams to improve margins and control costs

Use SAP for finance reporting and controls

Support month-end/year-end closing and audits
