Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, developing strong client relationships, and contributing to the growth of our CAD & BIM service portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through research and networking.
- Reach out to prospective clients via outbound calls and follow up on inbound inquiries.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Support B2B lead generation and business development initiatives.
- Coordinate with internal technical teams to ensure seamless client engagement.
- Contribute towards achieving sales and business development targets.

Required Skills

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.




- 01 year of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Lead Generation. Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Female candidates only.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with clients.
- Basic understanding of B2B sales and lead generation concepts.
- Familiarity with CAD/BIM services or the AEC industry will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge or hands-on experience with CRM tools is preferred.
- Good negotiation, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively to achieve business development targets.
