Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive Purchase Executive to manage the procurement of raw materials, engineering components, and indirect materials while ensuring timely availability, cost optimization, and quality compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Source and procure engineering materials, raw materials, and consumables.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and negotiate pricing, delivery, and payment terms.
- Generate Purchase Orders (POs) and monitor order execution.
- Coordinate with production, stores, and planning teams to ensure timely material availability.




- Identify recent suppliers and evaluate vendor performance.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimum stock availability.
- Prepare purchase reports, maintain procurement records, and ensure compliance with company policies.

Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- 36 years of experience in purchase/procurement within a manufacturing company.
- Strong negotiation, vendor management, and communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems and MS Excel.
- Knowledge of engineering components and manufacturing procurement will be preferred.
