Email Marketing Specialist (US B2B Cold Outreach)

## About the Role

We are looking for an experienced **Email Marketing Specialist** to manage and scale our US B2B cold email outreach campaigns. You should have strong expertise in email deliverability, inbox placement, lead generation, and up-to-date cold email infrastructure.

## Requirements

* Minimum **5 years of hands-on experience** with **US B2B cold email marketing** (Mandatory)

* Excellent understanding of **email deliverability** and **inbox placement**

* Experience with **email warm-up**, domain reputation, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and DNS setup

* Strong knowledge of **bulk cold email outreach** at scale

* Experience with the latest cold email tools such as Smartlead, Instantly, Apollo, Clay, Lemlist, Saleshandy, Maildoso, ReachInbox, or similar platforms

* Experience sourcing and managing high-quality B2B lead databases

* Strong understanding of campaign optimization, A/B testing, open rates, reply rates, and conversions





* Excellent written English communication skills

## Key Responsibilities

* Build, launch, and optimize large-scale US B2B cold email campaigns

* Manage email infrastructure, domains, inboxes, and deliverability

* Monitor inbox health and maintain high deliverability

* Generate and verify targeted B2B prospect lists

* Improve campaign performance through continuous testing and optimization

* Work closely with the sales team to maximize qualified meetings and conversions

## Preferred Skills

* Experience with AI-powered personalization and email automation

* Knowledge of CRM integrations and sales workflows

* Experience targeting US small and medium-sized businesses
