Role Overview

- We are seeking dynamic and target-driven Medical Representatives (MR) for our Gynae Division.
- The candidate will be responsible for promoting generic pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, chemists, pharmacies, and stockists while driving primary and secondary sales targets within assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

- Sales & Marketing Develop and execute territory sales strategies.
- Achieve assigned Primary & Secondary Sales Targets.
- Increase product penetration and market share.
- Ensure regular doctor coverage as per company norms.
- 2Product Promotion Promote generic pharmaceutical products to Gynaecologists.
- Conduct product detailing and scientific discussions.
- Organize CME/Doctor meetings where required.
- 3Customer Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with:



Gynae Doctors Chemists & Retailers Pharmacists Wholesale Distributors & Stockists Ensure product availability at retail & distribution level.
- 4Market Intelligence & Reporting Track competitor activities and pricing trends.
- Gather market feedback and report insights to management.
- Submit daily call reports and sales MIS.
- 5Compliance Follow company policies and industry regulations.
- Ensure ethical promotion practices.

Mandatory Requirements

- Minimum 2 Years Experience in Gynae Division Solid connect with Gynae Doctors & Chemists in respective HQ Own Bike (Mandatory) Science / Pharma Background Educational Qualification B.
- Pharma / D.
- Pharma / Life Sciences Preferred Minimum Graduate in any Science discipline
