We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Expert to plan, execute, optimize, and scale B2B marketing campaigns for Mianro Systems and its clients. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, cold email marketing, lead generation, marketing automation, AI tools, and conversion optimization.

Mandatory Requirements

Applicants MUST have:

- Minimum 5 years of Digital Marketing experience
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on SEO experience
- Proven B2B lead generation experience
- Strong experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Experience running large-scale cold email campaigns
- Experience with email marketing, CRM, and marketing automation
- Solid understanding of landing pages, funnels, CRO, and analytics
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics, Search Console, and Tag Manager
- Practical experience using AI tools for marketing
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Ability to work independently

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute B2B digital marketing strategies
- Manage SEO, Local SEO, and technical SEO initiatives
- Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
- Build and manage cold email outreach campaigns
- Create lead nurturing, upselling, and reactivation email campaigns
- Build and optimize landing pages and marketing funnels
- Manage CRM workflows and marketing automations




- Use AI to improve campaign planning, content creation, and productivity
- Track campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports
- Continuously improve lead quality, conversion rates, and ROI

Preferred Skills

Preference will be given to candidates with experience in:

- SaaS, AI, CRM, or Technology Marketing
- Marketing to US-based small and medium businesses
- GoHighLevel
- Apollo, Smartlead, Instantly, Clay, Lemlist, or similar tools
- Zapier, Make.com, and AI automation
- WordPress and landing page builders
- Copywriting and conversion optimization

- Improve campaign performance through AI, automation, and data-driven optimization
- Independently manage multiple marketing campaigns
