Position: Project Manager (Capital Projects)

Lead the end-to-end delivery of capital projects from concept through commissioning and operational handover, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget and to the highest quality standards. Beyond execution, the role is expected to optimize project outcomes through strategic planning, value engineering, proactive risk management, stakeholder collaboration and continuous improvement, ensuring every project contributes to the long-term operational reliability and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end execution of engineering and construction projects.
- Prepare Project Charters, Project Execution Plans and baseline schedules.
- Coordinate design, procurement, construction, QA/QC, HSE activities.
- Review drawings, BOQs, technical specifications and contractor submissions.
- Manage project scope, cost, schedule, and change management.
- Identify emerging risks, develop mitigation plans, escalate major risks and conduct lessons learnt reviews.
- Lead stakeholder coordination meetings.
- Monitor project progress using MS Project and project dashboards.




- Ensure compliance with company governance and engineering standards.
- Review of contractor claims, variations and payment.
- Drive onsite quality assurance, inspections and closure of NCRs.
- Ensuring and promoting HSE compliance.
- Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports for management.
- Plan commissioning, testing, handover and close-out documentation.
- Ensure projects are maintainable and operable, fully documented and defect-free operational handover.
- Mentor team members and develop high-performing project teams.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor s degree in civil engineering.
- 10 15 years experience delivering industrial, commercial and / or residential projects.
- Minimum 5 years managing multidisciplinary capital projects.
- PMP certification preferred.
