Job Description
- Work closely with architects to prepare detailed and accurate drawings from rough sketches.
- Demonstrate proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) tools, including AutoCAD (ACAD), Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Possess a strong understanding of architectural/interior drawings and required documentation for residential projects.
- Interpret drawing details accurately and produce precise technical drawings.
- Coordinate and communicate with contractors and vendors to obtain required project information.
- Assist the team in preparing estimates and Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
- Exhibit robust collaboration, communication, and teamwork skills.
