Overview

We are seeking a proactive Senior Shopify Developer with 6 - 8years of experience who is passionate about eCommerce and emerging AI technologies. The role involves building and customising Shopify stores, leveraging AI tools and integrations to enhance the customer experience, drive automation, and improve business insights.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, customize, and maintain Shopify themes using Liquid, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

- Build custom sections, templates, and reusable components

- Integrate and configure Shopify apps, third-party services, and APIs

- Assist in implementing AI-powered features such as product recommendations, chatbots, smart search, and personalization tools

- Use AI tools to improve development efficiency, debugging, content generation, and optimization

- Optimize store performance, mobile responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility





- Collaborate with designers, marketers, and stakeholders to deliver scalable eCommerce solutions

- Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing support and enhancements

Must-Have Skills

- 6 - 8 years of hands-on experience in Shopify development

- Robust knowledge of Shopify Liquid, theme architecture, and Shopify Admin

- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+)

- Experience working with Shopify apps and REST/GraphQL APIs

- Familiarity with AI-powered eCommerce tools (e.g., chatbots, recommendation engines, AI search, or personalization platforms)

- Experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar)

- Basic understanding of Git/version control
