Role Overview:
We are looking for a people-centric HR Manager who can create an engaging, inclusive, and high-performing workplace. This role goes beyond traditional HR operations and focuses on building strong employee relationships, fostering a positive work culture, driving engagement, and supporting managers in developing high-performing teams. The ideal candidate should be empathetic, approachable, and capable of balancing people-first initiatives with core HR responsibilities such as recruitment, HR operations, performance management, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Build and nurture a positive, collaborative, and high-performing work culture.
2. Act as a trusted HR partner by building strong relationships with employees and managers across the organization.
3. Drive employee engagement, motivation, wellness, recognition, and culture-building initiatives.
4. Conduct regular employee connects, feedback sessions, and pulse checks to understand employee sentiment and address concerns proactively.
5. Foster an inclusive workplace that promotes collaboration, transparency, trust, and continuous learning.
6. Coach and support managers on people management, team engagement, conflict resolution, and employee development.
7. Resolve employee grievances with empathy, fairness, and professionalism.
8. Lead learning and development initiatives to strengthen leadership, behavioral, and functional capabilities.

Drive performance management and appraisal processes to support employee growth and organizational goals.
10. Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding to deliver an exceptional candidate and employee experience.
11. Oversee HR operations, including employee lifecycle management, HR documentation, and employee records.
12. Coordinate with the payroll team to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.
13. Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements.
14. Prepare HR MIS, workforce reports, and people analytics to support business decisions.
15. Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and implement people-centric initiatives aligned with business goals.
16. Lead and mentor the HR team while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. MBA/PGDM in Human Resources preferred.
3. 5 to 8 years of relevant HR experience.
4. Robust interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
5. Proven experience in employee engagement, culture building, people development, and conflict resolution.
6. Good understanding of recruitment, HR operations, payroll coordination, labour laws, and statutory compliances.
7. A proactive, empathetic, and adaptable mindset with the ability to build trust and create a highly engaged workforce.
